Quick start guide:

• Spray the chamber and glass slide holder with ethanol (70%)
• Rinse the chamber and glass slide holder well with distilled water
• Leave the chamber to dry in a sterile place (until the experiment starts)
• Take the glass slide holder into the fume hood for cell seeding.

Cell seeding:

1. Place the glass slide holder in a suitably sized petri dish / similar
2. If there is distilled water left in the glass slide holder wells, use a pipette to remove the remaining water.
3. Seed 600uL at 0.67 * 10^5 cells/ml
4. Put the lid on the petri dish and place it in an incubator overnight.

    • 2x locking pin
    • 6x silicone O-ring (already installed)
    • 1x silicone filling tube
  • 1x power cable
• 1x peristaltic pump (within range 0.015- 7.5ml/min)
• 3x silicone tubes (compatible with the pump)
• 1x inverted microscope
• 1x laminar flow hood
• 1x petri dish (150 mm) (Sarstedt) / plastic box
